Budget Backup

Create snapshots of your budget as scenarios change.

During peak budgeting times throughout the academic year, it's often a good idea to create a backup of a budget in development. To do so, click on Budgeting > Create Budget Backup, which will create a copy of the budget.

At any point in time, simply navigate to the Budgeting menu and select the version of the backup (indicated by timestamp).

Note: During implementation, FundFive works with each institution to setup Clarity based on individual business rules. That said, we also know that you're grown ups, and so we want you to have the ability to administer your own systems independent of having to call us or open a ticket. This section contains all of the information for tweaking your installation's settings. As an administrator in Clarity, you have the ability to update general settings, manage user accounts and permissions, define security classes, and set authentication methods.
