# Documentation Editor

## Clarity includes a built-in HTML file editor for creating business documentation

Attach files and include important information for any college staff that rely on Clarity for budgeting and financial insights. The Documentation Editor allows for the institution to highlight key business processes and policies that end users may need to reference as part of their daily assignments.

The Documentation Editor includes a built-in HTML file editor, customized for use within Clarity for generating institution-specific documentation. This may include links to an official institution budget policy, internal financial guidance documents, or other information that budget managers may need to access.
