Import Budgets

Clarity makes it easy to import budget information ahead of any upcoming budgeting cycle, providing end users with information about future allocation

At any phase of a budgeting cycle, business officers have the ability to import budgets into Clarity. Imported budgets will overwrite existing budgets on file.

As an example, this may be used to pre-populate salary information for all departments. In another example, a business office may pre-populate the entire budget for the college that is 2% below last year’s budget as a baseline suggested budget.

Locate Import Budget under the Budgeting menu on the Budget Manager View.
