# User Access Audit

## The User Access Audit is helpful for ensuring alignment between user permissions and GL accounts

The user audit report can be a very large file. Instead of displaying the entire data set, Clarity creates a file for users to download with the required information (including username, access level, account format, department, and description.

Clarity makes this information available on demand for institutions that are preparing to undergo either a security audit or a cleanup of user account permissions and GL account alignment.
