By using the quarterly estimates feature in Clarity, institutions have an opportunity to poll all budget managers and ask that each estimate the amount of money that is projected to be spent from every account.  ![quarterly-estimates](https://kb.fundfive.com/hs-fs/hubfs/quarterly-estimates.png?width=600&name=quarterly-estimates.png) As an institution, this exercise can provide additional introspection into how each budget manager is operating their set of accounts, and it can help draw attention to which offices may benefit from additional training. The process grants leadership with better insight into how the institution is leveraging its funds, as well as lending itself to introducing potential procurement strategies or recapturing of unused funds.   *Note: During implementation, FundFive works with each institution to setup Clarity based on individual business rules. That said, we also know that you're grown ups, and so we want you to have the ability to administer your own systems independent of having to call us or open a ticket.
