There is a quick view that will report all empty budgets and/or budgets that have yet to be entered
During the budgeting window, Financial Officers can run into challenges trying to determine if all of the relevant budget information has been reported and properly allocated for the upcoming fiscal year.
Clarity makes it easy for an administrator to view only empty budgets. Open the Report Empty Budgets, and any budget that does not have a budget entered will be listed.
A quick view of information listed will include the GL account number, current budget, department, and a description of the account. Export the results to see the complete data set.
Where Can I Find This?
Locate Report Empty Budgets under the Management section of the Budgeting menu on the Budget Manager View.
