Utilization Report

Download a spreadsheet with a full data set for instant analysis of how individual accounts have been budgeted and utilized over a multi-year period

The Utilization Report in Clarity provides those in the Business Office access to multiple years of budget utilization across all accounts on file. The report lists each GL account on file, along with current year budget, current year actuals, and the utilization (percentage) of the account. In addition, the same information is provided for previous years on file, depending on the number of years selected for export.

Where Can I Find This?

Locate Utilization Report under the Reports section of the Statements/Reports menu on the Budget Manager View.
